What is your return policy?
Exchanges and returns for store credit may be made with a receipt within 14 days after purchase or delivery. Refunds will not be given.
- All returns must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED/UNALTERED, with all tags still attached.
- Items that show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Signs of wear can include, but are not limited to, deodorant marks, pet hair, missing tags, odor or fragrance. We recommend always wearing your own underwear when first trying on your purchase.
- Underwear, bodysuits, teddies, and bra/panty sets (anything with a crotch) may only be returned for store credit and must have sanitary tags intact.
- No returns on hosiery, pasties, or any other personal care items
- Sale items are not returnable.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.
